Our barbeques are a fabulous way to feed your party guests.

We regularly barbeque for corporate clients John Deere Ltd and CLA. 

Usual menu;

Delicious lamb and beef burgers from Midshires Farm at Nether Broughton

Mark's own homemade sausages ( venison or pork and leek or lincolnshire or cumberland)

slices of chicken breast marinated in sweet chilli and lime

English mature beef steaks ( yum!)

served with fresh brown and white rolls, onions, cheese slices, relish, sauces

Compliment the barbeque with our delicious homemade coleslaw, potaotes, salads, roasted vegetable couscous.

We cater for non-meat eaters too! Delicious haloumi cheese and roasted vegetables and /or vegeburgers.

We can provide disposable or china plates, depending on how formal your party is!
