MEAT ORIGIN: We follow Best Practise Guidelines from the Meat and Livestock Commission and only use local ENGLISH meat. All of our pork comes from Des Allen's farm near Newark. He has Farm Assured status, giving us peace of mind regarding animal welfare. These cross bred pigs live outside for the majority of their lives. They are fed on the farm's own barley and wheat, mixed on site with vitamins.

We only use English beef and turkey. All of our venison is from wild Scottish Stock.
