We cook whole pigs with the head on, the weight of the pig will be between 50 and 70 Kg - depending on the number of guests. We can serve more than one pig at a large event.

Quality is the key here. All of our produce is, wherever possible, locally sourced and traceable. We only use outdoor reared British Pork and Beef. Our Venison is from wild Scottish stock. Our bread is baked using the finest ingredients from the local bakery.

We will endeavour to find you the highest quality produce, at the best price possible, whatever your requirements are. Our products are always incredibly popular. We regularly attend events including, Revesby Country Fair and Leek Agricultural Show. We have catered for hundreds of wedding parties and special occasions at clients' homes. We are the hog roast provider at the magnificent Stapleford Park Hotel, and catered for Michael Carrick's recent celebrity wedding there. We provide a service to many venues - please ask.

MEAT ORIGIN: We follow Best Practise Guidelines from the Meat and Livestock Commission and only use local meat. All of our pork comes from Des Allen's farm near Newark. He has Farm Assured status, giving us peace of mind regarding animal welfare. These cross bred pigs live outside for the majority of their lives. They are fed on the farm's own barley and wheat, mixed on site with vitamins.
We only use English beef and turkey. All of our venison is from wild Scottish Stock.

WEDDING BUFFETS - A relaxed, informal alternative for the main meal, the Hog Roast or mixed Carvery can be served alongside our delicious buffet. Usually this comprises hot new potatoes with mint & chive butter, Homemade Deli style Coleslaw, tomato & basil penne, Greek salad, spicy couscous & olives, and Mixed Leafy salad & Tomatoes, Cucumber & Peppers. Eton Mess, fresh fruit salad, chocolate brownies, maltesers and fresh cream compliment the main course. Contact us for prices and availability.

CORPORATE FUNCTIONS: A cost efficent way of feeding large numbers, a true Hog Roast is always popular. Inside or out, up to six pigs. Various buffet options - call us to discuss your requirements and get a quote.

UNIQUE PATENTED OVEN: Our unique cooking method ensures that the pork is completely cooked through. We temperature probe the meat at regular intervals during cooking to ensure that the meat will be safe. If you are local, we can safely transport the cooked pig to you in our Insulated oven trailer. The meat temperature will not fall below 65c. This method has been approved by the Food Standards for our ovens.
